Alle EPs, Split-7"s, Demos, raren Tracks und Coverversionen der kranken US-Grind-Deather EXHUMED auf einer Scheibe vereint? Nein, ihr habt recht, das kann nicht sein! Denn tatsächlich befinden sich diese für alle Fans höchst erfreulichen Tracks versammelt auf 2 CDs bei dieser mehr als coolen Zusammenstellung. Wie man´s nicht anders von den Metzgern erwartet, wird hier auf 'Platters Of Splatter - A Cyclopedic Symposium Of Execrable Errata And Abhorrent Apocrypha 1992-2002' (so der vollständige Titel der Scheiben) gegurgelt, gegrindet, gehobelt und gespänt und alles meist in einem vorzüglichen Sound und mit etlichen/unzähligen Highlights versehen. Hört euch nur mal die drei obercoolen Coversongs am Ende der ersten CD an und ihr werdet sehen, was ich meine (v.a. das KING DIAMOND-Cover von 'No Presents For Christmas' ist einfach nur köstlich und geil!). Ich muß aufpassen, daß mir die beiden Silberlinge nicht mehr ans Herz wachsen als die ohnehin schon sehr coolen Alben. An absolute MUST-HAVE!!!
